This long under maintained development has been dramatically improved to provide large scale middle class affordable housing in Flatbush Gardens, Brooklyn. Work included extensive structural repairs, waterproofing and comprehensive landscape design. Additionally, the accessory garage facility was renovated for resident’s use.
