This project will transform the original hotel site by fully renovating the existing 130,000 sf 243 room facility, adding a new extended stay residential tower with 217 room and 450 below grade parking spaces, relocating and expanding an indoor pool facility and entertainment venue and adding multiple restaurants and dining facilities and thematic destination lounges.
